Who are the nation's renewable energy leaders?
May 9, 2012 - You can find out through a project from Virginia-based Lexington Institute's EnergyTrends.org.

According to the data resource, California, Colorado and Massachusetts are the nation's leaders for renewable energy. Further, Wyoming and West Virginia generate the most electricity from coal per capita.

EnergyTrends.org employs a grading system that takes into account both the amount of energy generated from renewable sources and the growth rate over a three-year period. read more>>>
