01/07/2011 - Taiwan will soon reveal its first zero carbon emission building and the world's top energy saving building. That's the word from National Cheng Kung University and Delta Electronics on Friday. The green building is a new research center on the Cheng Kung University campus commemorating former premier Sun Yun-suan. The center is slated to open on January 12.
The building uses 13 different methods of green construction and can save up to 65 percent in energy, making it the world's top energy-saving building. {continued}
