Green House profiles a nifty project every week, and before we get too far into the new year, I'd like to highlight the best of 2010 -- in seven categories -- and pick an overall winner.
My list is, of course, subjective. Others who follow the green-building industry have their own. Jetson Green's Preston Koerner released his 2010 picks for 20 "fabulous green prefabs" and 19 "stunning platinum projects" -- those receiving the top rating from the U.S. Green Building Council. Green Builder magazine named its 2010 picks in its December issue, and I'll profile the grand winner later this week.
