Swiss 'green' economy outstrips overall growth

22 June, 2011 - The environmental sector of the Swiss economy is growing at more than twice the pace of the economy at large, according to a study from WWF Switzerland.

Between 2001 and 2009 the “green” economy grew about 6.3 percent, while the entire Swiss economy grew by 2.9 percent, the environmental group says. {continued}
