Solar Tower Prototype in Spain

I mentioned something related yesterday to this, finding ways for the solar farms being installed at ground level, outside of deserts, to be done so the land below had a productive value as well, for farming, the flower industry etc.. This is a perfect or close to idea for just that. Have noticed many being build with the solar panels close to the ground thus eliminating that area for productive growth. These would be great in an emerging economic country the UN and others are finally trying to help, who because of climate change are losing valuable productive lands for food production or don't have the fertile lands now.
