Rollcast Energy finances power project

22 October 2010 - Terms of the deal include an $82 million construction and term loan and a $51 million bridge loan for Piedmont Green Power. In addition, Atlantic Power Corp., which owns 60 percent of Charlotte-based Rollcast, will invest $75 million in the project.

Piedmont Green Power is a 53.5-megawatt biomass plant in Barnesville, Ga., about 70 miles southeast of Atlanta. Rollcast will manage the project. {read rest}
