Government incentives, FITs boost solar PV market

Has to be Government investments, as many are already doing for R&D and growth, little from the free market capitalist are being invested in any economic growth especially here in the U.S. as they seek even further cutbacks to any regulations so they can operate here as they do oversea's, free and clear from any and all responsibilities as corporate citizens!
